EXERIENCEING THROUGH EXPERIENCE

Saturday the 7th of June, what an excitement amongst my closest buddies in Leeds Saurabh and Abhinav, and offcourse why not they are heading towards one of the biggest event of IIFA awards as university representative for Leeds Metropolitan. I have never ever experienced such excitement when personally I am not a part of that trip.

This would be the 4th consecutive year of IIFA partnership that my university will be holding and perhaps this is the last year. I was also selected for the event but till the last moment my passport did not arrive from the home office so I had to stay back. I am sure over the next couple of days I will have lot more to post regarding this wonderful event. I still remember last year Saurabh had a strong detrmination and passion about this event, so many fancy dreams that we had seen together and Iam glad that to an extent atleast I wll experience the things from their experience. In the entire episode of this dillema until they flown all the way to MACCAU (IIFA09 destination) because there were couple of issues in between , Financial as well as the personal.
My another close buddy Vishal had to go through a tragedy wherein he did not either received the passport till the last moment despite of 3months of long waiting. Now that is what we call destiny..as Saurabh, Abhinav & Vishal all from the same house, has applied on the same day but as I said, we all can try our best but there are still certain things that ultimately needs to left on destiny.

Well along with Saurabh & Abhinav we all were also very very excited, and finally at 3 we started for the common meeting point the Headingly Campus. We are very fortunate that we have Prasad Bhaiya with his helping arm always wide for us. Prasad Bhaiya actually came to UK 5yrs ago and did a course in hospitality and eversince working with one of the leading property estate agency here in Leeds AVTAR PROPERTIES.

Thanks to Prasad Bhaiya, who drove all of us to Uni and some how I was feeling perhaps that is the begining of separtion. We did not relise that we are doen with our university and it is the time for our individual way. Hasn't time flown by? well it has been always like that but nobody wants to acknowledge it, specially when we did everything together, and largely because of these guys Iam back to my college life for a while at the age of 28 which is great.

I gave some quick tip to Saurabh because I saw his team leader for the event is a preety caucasian.. and we Indians are so good in servicinng sectors ..lol.. perhaps first time in his life Saurabh offered her to help with her heavy suitcase(I doubt if she was going for a week). Vishal was bit down for obvious reason and these trios always made it a point to be together but then nothing could worked out.

So finally that was the see-off session and we were dropped back by our beloved Prasad Bhaiya. Now I have instructed them to update me with everything happening and I will update my blog accordingly. I know its funny and thats not how the blog should be, but I am sure down the line 2years from today these memories will play a vital role to bring back the smile and perhaps at that point most of us will be coupled with our better half. So I will have to leave it here for today and Iam going to come back soon with our part 2,3,4 , 5 may be....
